This is my second visit to this #cafe. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm. I was lucky to give a visit before Christmas with all these cute decorations placed in the cafe. The place has only four tables (if I am not mistaken), so it may not accommodate big groups. It is a perfect place to have a chat with your bestie or spend your Sunday afternoon with a book and delicious coffee & desserts. Previously, l tasted the sandwich, it was very delicious. Low jazz music in the background matches the concept, it is one of the nicest cafes in Kyoto. Thank you.

Popped in today while we were in the area. There was no wait, food was prepared while we waited, and not prepackaged. There were 2 ladies working this small, quaint restaurant, and of course there was the cat. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was somewhat different, in that you felt like you were in someone’s home. We ordered some sandwiches and a curry dish, which were all very good. From experience, the sandwich was spectacular. It was a very filling sandwich and I had to take my last half apart and skip the bread to enjoy the actual concoction that made the sandwich. There is a cat present. He was not a nuisance by any means but for anyone allergic, it might be something you should know in advance. Overall glad we stopped in here

The atmosphere is amazing. Jazz playing on the background, a chimney warming the place, the decoration makes you feel at home. Food is delicious, the right amount if you want to have lunch or just enjoysome coffee.

Excellent little cafe close to the Heian Shrine. The food is perfect for a lunch break: light and absolutely delicious. I will highly recommend this cafe to all my friends visiting Kyoto. The sandwich was duck pastrami with pickled vegetables (amazing!) and the soup of the day was pumpkin (also very tasty). The matcha latte was very good, too!

Great feel to the cafe and a great selection of drinks. The bean curry was quite delicious and the roasted chai tea was excellent. Great atmosphere and very nice service.

Excellent Sandwich. Great Chocolate Cake. The Matcha Tea is not only green but real Matcha. The owner keeps awareness for every detail of her space and every meal or drink. But the best is the cat. A mysterious beauty.
